Well... I must say that I am guilty of knowing very little about food production. However, the average chicken breast I eat is likely not developed as healthy as this. It was encouraging to note that these chickens were not stressed out as they went under the knife. In fact, they had reached a Zen-like state. I'd never seen an animal butchered previous to this. It affirmed my belief that animals should be in the sun, running around, and eating lots of bugs.
